A Sample Opinion Paragraph

More needs to be done to make certain that children playing on trampolines are safe. Many children are becoming injured or even dying from playing on a trampoline. I feel that parents should be educated to understand that a trampoline is not safe for children unless they are properly supervised. Also, the manufacturers of trampolines could be doing more to make the equipment safe, such as providing a net on the outside ring so that when a child misses the edge they fall against the net instead of falling to the ground. Personally, I would never own a trampoline for fear that a child may be injured.
